Don’t Wait and Forget to File Your Annual Report
- Any profit corporation, limited liability company, limited partnership or limited liability limited partnership annual report filing will have until 12:01 am on May 1, 2023, before a $400 late fee is assessed.
- Annual reports are due by the third Friday in September to avoid administrative dissolution.
- New Security Alert: An email filing confirmation will be sent to the entity’s current email address on file.
- The Email notice will come from the Secretary of State directly. Do not respond to emails from other parties who are offering to file the form. If you do use other parties, you will incur an additional expense for nothing. One company attempting to serve as a middle-man is “File Florida Co”. Their email looks official but it is not.
